「英語」かりに①と「英会話」かりに②はいったい同じ次元で討論すべき問題なのか？我々日本人は①と②、どちらに重点を置くべきか？
TOEFLやTOEICや英検等の英語に関する判断基準は多数あるが、これらをそうしても「いったい流暢に会話ができるのか」と言う疑問には誰もが答えられないと私は個人的に思ってしまう。

In Japan, I can not judge which is right or wrong but what I can strongly recommend is that English should be frequently spoken at least at the age of kindergarten.
What the heck!!! Time will tell us in the forthcoming future.
