For Non-English speaking individual, perhaps "PRONUNCIATION" might be extremely difficult. Moreover, the meaning "to speak" fluently like the locals is unreasonable (this is just my opinion).
ただ、面白いのは我々日本人にとって、この外来語は義務教育から考えると小学校3年生から6年生、そして中学生は3年間、合計7年間も英語と接しているのに、まともに英語で会話を出来る人間はいるのだろうか？
いくら、勉強してもお金をかけても、「発音」と言う若干異次元のところにあるのは恐らく手の届くところにはないと思う。この「発音」だけは、もう幼少時に「脳」にインプットされていると私は思う。
I truly think it's unfortunate. Or, I can also say it's a tragic, too. For a Japanese, majority of them have put in so many time and hours to learn this language. And what did we get in return, just simply a degree. What a price to pay, huh...
