"DETERMINATION" and "PATIENCE" are the most important factors in learning and teaching English (to my knowledge). Especially, when the students happened to be very, very, and very small.
For example, I had a class with three students with all four years old. This is not easy at all. Particularly, this class, there is this one student with high motivation in learning English. What we do between them and myself, is a repetition (over and over)!
It's been almost 12 months teaching this kindergarten kids. Finally, they have shown some kind of improvement. Now, I must focus not just the kids but the mothers as well. They don't realize the fact that their children has the ability and capability to learn just like having a sponge inside their brain.
