In about two more months, I'll turn 50. This is outrageous, because I don't feel half a century old.
However, due to my illness, I get tiresome quite often and also, rather quickly. I guess this is unavoidable and on top of that, I seldom workout.
Now, how am I supposed to change into a positive individual? First and foremost, I believe I didn't kill myself (and for that, I think I can give myself "A Plus" for that action)! My life has changed dramatically as if the world has changed 180.°
