この20数年以来、目覚めがとても良く、快調な1日を過ごした記憶はほとんど皆無だ。年齢や病気のせいも多々あるが、一概にそのせいだけにはしたくない！
しかし、脳の1/3は壊れてしまい、残った2/3も運動野がほとんど相当なダメージを負っていたらしい。
Therefore, there is no way for me to run like a normal individual. I tried swimming once. It was awkward because I couldn't swim straight. Obviously, I quit!
Of course, I have attempted many many things to improve my skill, both physically and mentally. Unfortunately, I'm still searching for the right one.
