According to MAYO CLINIC FAMILY HEALTH (5th edition), "Folliculitis is a common skin condition in which hair follicles become inflamed. It's usually caused by a bacterial or fungal infection."
I suffer from this "inflammation" at least every quarter. According to the doctors, all they can say is 「しょうがない…」Why? Of course, my huge bump inside the brain, also called cerebral hemorrhage.
But seriously? Do I have to live like this for the rest of my life? One doctor told me to raise my immunity.
In other words, to live normal life: Eat proper meal every three meals a day, and get up early and sleep at a normal hour.
